From November 13th to 17th, 2023, the “Digital
Skills” training for female employees of CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive
Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Hunan Delong Intelligent Manufacturing
Research Institute, with a total of 25 female employees participating in the
skills training.

In the morning of November 13th, the opening ceremony was
hosted by Ma Jiaolin, deputy general manager of Hunan Delong Intelligent
Manufacturing Research Institute Co.

 The training was aimed
at improving the comprehensive quality and professional skills of the staff,
which included two parts: SolidWorks Technology and PPT Production.

On November 17th, Zeng Chunlai, Chairman of the Labor Union
of CRRC, Zhang Ying and Zou Shuhua, Director of the Women’s Work Department,
and Ma Jiaolin, Deputy General Manager of Hunan Delong Intelligent
Manufacturing Research Institute, attended the completion ceremony of the
training.
