Recently, the first
Vocational Skills Competition in Zibo City came to a successful conclusion,
announcing the list of winners of each competition program and the list of
collectives and individuals with outstanding performance. Rhein Koester
achieved excellent results in the competition, one employee won the gold medal,
two employees won the silver medal, one employee won the bronze medal, and
three employees won the merit award.

In recent years, Rhein
Koester has attached great importance to staff training, opened up development
channels for outstanding professionals, encouraged personnel of all sequences
to actively participate in title appraisal and professional qualification exams,
and significantly improved the scale and quality of professional and technical
personnel.
