From 18 March to 12 April 2024, the four-week joint training
programme for mechanical and electronic engineering professionals of Heze
University was successfully completed, with 140 students from the professional
classes of 2021, 2022 and 2023 attending the training together.

 During the training
period, Rhein K?ster trainers took
engineering cases as their guide, used lecturers’ precise lectures and
students’ practice to carry out teaching, and provided students with careful
guidance in the process of practical exercises, which effectively improved
students’ hands-on ability. The professional teaching ability of the trainers
was highly recognized by the school teachers and students.

 Participating students said that this
practical training allows them to more directly observe the actual operation of
industrial robots, to understand the specific process of production line
control, and to truly combine theoretical knowledge with practical application,
which is conducive to increasing the understanding and cognition of their own
specialties, and better understanding of the industry development trend and the
status quo of technology application, and lays a good foundation for improving
their professionalism, practical ability and future career development.
