Recently,
under the guidance of the Zibo High-tech Zone Human Resources Center Employment
and Talent Department, the 12-day 2024 reemployment skills training for Zibo
High-tech Zone successfully concluded at the Sino-German Intelligent
Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.

K?ster trainers used various methods, such as case analysis and practical
operations, to help participants grasp knowledge more intuitively. The training
course was well-structured and targeted, covering topics such as lighting
circuit installation and debugging, star-delta reduced voltage starting control
of motors, and basic PLC courses. This ensured that the 15 unemployed
individuals registered within the high-tech zone could comprehensively master
electrical skills and knowledge.

After
the training, participants took a basic electrical vocational skills assessment
to consolidate their knowledge and skills and effectively evaluate their
practical abilities in the electrical field. Those who passed the assessment
received a Certificate of Vocational Skills Training.
