On July 3, 2024, Zhang Zhuxiu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee,
Director, and General Manager of Shandong Talent Group, led a delegation to
visit Rhein Koester.

The delegation conducted a field visit to the Sino-German Intelligent
Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base operated by Rhein
Koester. They focused on inspecting the training work at various technical
training centers of the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
Industry-Education Integration (Dual Cross) Training Center. They also gained
detailed insights into Rhein Koester’s development and implementation of the
Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Talent Training System, enhancement of
talent cultivation, intelligent equipment research and development, industrial
services, and the construction of public service platforms.

During the meeting, General Manager Zhang Zhuxiu
expressed his hope to expand the cooperation areas and achievements based on
the existing collaboration. He emphasized continuing to focus on serving
Shandong’s industrial talent needs, using industry talent cultivation and
platform co-construction as engines. He highlighted the importance of
leveraging Rhein Koester’s deep expertise and technical accumulation in the
Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing field. Zhang Zhuxiu also called for joint
efforts in high-skilled talent cultivation, technological innovation services,
and the deepening of industry-talent integration development to create greater
synergy. He aimed to establish a comprehensive and long-term collaborative
working mechanism, promote high-quality and full employment for more graduates,
provide new momentum for the development of Shandong’s talent initiatives,
support the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, and empower
the high-quality development of the regional economy and society.
