On July 23rd,
the 2024 Government-Assigned Veterans Welcome Ceremony and Adaptation Training
was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education
Integration Demonstration Base in Zibo High-tech Zone. The event was hosted by
the Zibo High-Tech Zone Veterans Affairs Office and organized by Rhein Koester,
with 26 veterans participating in the training.
This training
program introduced innovative approaches by deeply integrating theoretical
knowledge with practical learning through company visits. The program
encouraged veterans to maintain their military spirit as they return to
civilian life, continuing to exhibit their exemplary qualities. The training
included a series of insightful courses covering topics such as veterans’
policy briefings, job placement policies, document writing, business and
official etiquette, an introduction to the Civil Code, confidentiality
education, employment prospects in the intelligent manufacturing industry, and
guidance on employment and entrepreneurship.
The training featured
an opening lecture by Liu Zhaoyu, Deputy Director of the Social Work Department
of Zibo High-Tech Zone.
During the
practical learning session at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
Integration Demonstration Base, all participants visited the Sino-German
Digital Economy and Intelligent Manufacturing Empowerment Center, among other
facilities.
The veterans
expressed their appreciation for the training program, stating that it provided
them with an excellent opportunity for learning and exchange.
