From November 16th to 17th, 2023, 2023 Job Training Skill
Competition of Zibo Water Supply Co.LTD was successfully held in Sino-German
Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
The competition project is maintenance electrician-electrical installation and
maintenance practice project, 13 business backbone on the same stage, cut the
skills.

△ Han Wentao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and
Chairman of the Labor Union of Zibo City Water Supply Co., Ltd, and Yan
Ronghui, Safety Director, visited the competition site to guide the work.

Rhein Koester’s self-developed electrical training equipment
was used throughout the competition. The Rhein Koester Competition Working
Group strictly deployed the competition process in accordance with the relevant
regulations to ensure the smooth progress of the competition.

Through the skills competition, it builds a platform for
enterprise workers to show their talents, practice their skills and communicate
with each other, motivates more skilled workers to pay attention to skills and
learn skills, and strengthens the foundation of skilled talents for the
high-quality development of enterprises.
