On November 18, 2023, the signing ceremony for the strategic
cooperation between the People’s Government of Yaohai District, Hefei &
Rhein Koester was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.

During the discussion, Lu Qingshan said, Yaohai District,
Hefei City, as one of the four main urban areas in Hefei City, Anhui Province,
manufacturing development of the integrated top ten districts, outstanding
location advantages, solid industrial foundation, development space and huge
potential.

After the meeting, the leaders visited Sino-German
Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base
under the introduction of Deputy General Manager Chen Peng.

The two sides will take this signing as an opportunity to
give full play to the obvious advantages of Yaohai District’s location, solid
industrial foundation, and sufficient development potential, and introduce
Rhein Koester’s “Industry 4.0” advanced technology standards and
Germany’s “Dual System” talent cultivation model to jointly build an
ecological system of “Base Platform + Innovation Center + Industrial
College + Industrial Park”.
