On July 7, 2024, the fifth phase of Zibo City’s new quality productivity
skills enhancement training for enterprises – custom training for Qidu
Pharmaceutical electrical installation and commissioning technology – concluded
successfully at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education
Integration Demonstration Base. A total of 46 key technical talents from Qidu
Pharmaceutical’s Equipment Department, Warehouse Center, and various workshops
participated in this training.

Li Qi, Deputy Director of the Equipment Department at Qidu
Pharmaceutical, encouraged the trainees to cherish this valuable training
opportunity, gain insights, and apply what they have learned to significantly
improve their practical and professional skills. He emphasized the importance
of integrating knowledge with practice and applying what they have learned in
their future work.

The four-day training covered topics such as high-power electrical
equipment start control (star-delta reduction start), detection, installation,
and commissioning of Siemens V20 and G120 inverters, and communication
connection between Siemens PLC1200 and G120 inverters.

completed the training.

The training achieved significant results and received high recognition
from both the enterprise leaders and the trainees. The trainees expressed that
they had achieved substantial improvements in technology, particularly in
electrical automation control and equipment commissioning. They committed to
applying the knowledge gained from this training to their work and contributing
to the high-quality development of their enterprise.
