On January 15, 2025, Han Bing, member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Zibo Federation of Trade Unions, Yang Haiyan, Minister of the Production Protection Department of the Zibo Federation of Trade Unions, and a delegation of three people visited Rheingold for research. Geng Qingwen, member of the High tech Zone Working Committee and Minister of the Organization and Personnel Department, Wei Xuechao, Chief of the Group Division of the Organization and Personnel Department, and other leaders accompanied the research.

The visiting leaders visited the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base built by Rheingold, and gained a deep understanding of the company’s technological innovation, achievement transformation, industry education integration training mode, and employee skill improvement in the field of intelligent manufacturing at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Training Center. They also observed the teaching situation of the teacher training program of the Sino German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project (SGAVE) of the Ministry of Education on site, focusing on the construction of the Zibo Sino German Smart Craftsman College. They had a detailed understanding of the college’s construction progress, teaching facilities, and future planning, and had high hopes for the college’s future development.
