On December 3, 2023, Zibo High-Tech Zone
Enterprise Technician Skill Enhancement Training – Phase I and Phase II Fitter
Training was successfully concluded at Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Nearly 65 workers from 15
enterprises, including Shinva Medical Instrument, Qilu Petrochemical, Zichai
Machine, SMA Pharmaceutical, INOV Polyurethane, Wollfull Petrochemical, Siemens
(Shandong) Switch Socket, etc., participated in this training together.

△At the completion ceremony, Rhein Koester’s
senior trainer and the representative of outstanding trainees made summarized
speeches on the training and learning respectively.

△The trainer awarded certificates of
completion to all the trainees.

This vocational skills upgrading training
according to the High-Tech Zone industry and information sector work
requirements, to complete the second enhancement of the skills of the
front-line technicians of enterprises, optimize the match between manpower and
jobs in the enterprise, help the construction of the enterprise talent ladder,
empower the transformation and upgrading process of the enterprise, and provide
a strong technical support for the high-quality development of the enterprises
in the region.
