On the morning of February 22, 2025, Dong Shenghui, Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of Daqing Economic and Technological Development Zone in Heilongjiang Province, Huang Zhigang, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Heilongjiang Business Vocational College, and a delegation of five people visited and inspected the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base.

The visiting leaders visited the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base on site, and gained a detailed understanding of the construction background, development process, operation mode, and achievements of the base at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Training Center. They also observed the training of “Excellent Electrical Technology Talents” at Xinhua Pharmaceutical and the training of students at the Sino German Rhine Intelligent Craftsman Class on site, and highly recognized Rheingold’s model of integrating industrial level technical standards into teaching and accurately matching enterprise needs.

During the discussion, Vice Dean Huang Zhigang focused on introducing the construction of the new campus of Heilongjiang Business Vocational College in Daqing, as well as the cooperation with Daqing Economic Development Zone to jointly build an industrial college.

Secretary Dong Shenghui, based on the location characteristics and industrial status of Daqing, mentioned that as an important national petroleum industry base and an old industrial city in Northeast China, Daqing is currently making every effort to promote the transformation into a resource-based city. Rheingold’s technological strength and experience in integrating industry and education in the field of intelligent manufacturing are highly compatible with Daqing’s industrial upgrading needs.
