On November 1, 2024, Liu Bo, Chairman of Meifu Technology Enterprise, led relevant leaders of the company to visit and inspect talent training input and training projects at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base. Jiang Xinyan, a fourth level employee of Zibo High tech Zone and Deputy Minister of the People’s Armed Forces Department, and other leaders participated in the event. President Zhang Zhenzhong, Deputy General Manager Zheng Bin, Director Yan Yongjia of the Administrative Management Center, Director Hu Pengchang of the Education and Training Center, and other company leaders received and introduced the relevant situation at the Rheingold Training Institute.

The visiting leaders visited the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base operated by Rheingold, and gained a detailed understanding of the company’s basic situation, development history, core business, and future strategic planning at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Training Center. During the discussion, Vice Minister Jiang Xinyan stated that intelligent manufacturing is an inevitable trend for the future development of the manufacturing industry, and talent cultivation is the key to supporting this trend.

Chairman Liu Bo stated that Meifu Technology is currently in a critical period of transitioning from old to new factory areas, which has brought unprecedented development opportunities for the company. However, it also faces challenges such as employee vacancies and insufficient skill standardization.
