From November 1st to 2nd, 2024, the Electrical “Technician Evaluation and Appointment” Skills Competition of Lutai Textile Co., Ltd. was held at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base. 18 highly skilled talents selected by the company participated in this competition.

This skills competition covers two core areas: electrical assembly technology and S7-200SMART programming technology, with a focus on assessing various aspects such as motor principles, fault diagnosis, maintenance skills, repair processes, and standards.

During the competition, the chief examiner from Lutai Textile Co., Ltd. and members of the Rheingold examination team strictly evaluated each contestant’s operation process, results, and time control according to the scoring criteria, ensuring the accuracy and fairness of the competition results.

Before the competition, trainers from Rheingold provided professional training for the athletes. They combined their rich practical experience to explain in detail the principles, applications, and optimization methods of S7-200SMART programming technology. By combining practical case analysis with interactive teaching, nearly 50 trainees gained a more intuitive understanding of the complexity and challenges of electrical operation and maintenance work, helping them to gain a deeper understanding and master the core skills in the field of electrical operation and maintenance.
