On January 6, Rhein Koester organized the first batch of
enterprise independent evaluation for the year 2024 at Sino-German Intelligent
Manufacturing Industry – Education Integration Demonstration Base, and 25
enterprise workers participated in the evaluation.

The Labor Security Section of Zibo High-tech Zone Human
Resource Center supervises the whole evaluation process, and the Expert
Evaluation Committee strictly implements the evaluation standards and
supervises the whole evaluation process. At the end of the evaluation, the
recognized qualified personnel will be issued vocational skill level
certificates by the enterprises.

This independent
evaluation involves 2 occupations of electrician and pliers, based on
enterprise standards, industry norms, etc., and focuses on the assessment of
practical work ability such as vocational ability, work performance,
professional ethics, craftsmanship, etc., and is carried out in three parts:
theoretical knowledge examination, job skills and daily assessment, and
comprehensive evaluation.
