On the afternoon of September 5, 2024, the fourth plenary meeting of the first social affairs committee of Zibo VTC was held at the Sino-German intelligent manufacturing industry-teaching fusion demonstration base. Ma Jing, vice chairman of Zibo Municipal Association, chairman of the Civil Construction Municipal Committee and director of the Chinese VTC, attended the meeting and spoke.

Li Xutong, a member of the party group of Zibo City Education Bureau and deputy secretary of the Municipal Education and Work Commission, read the approval of the first session of the Social Affairs Committee of Shandong Provincial Vocational Education Society. Ma Jing, vice chairman of Zibo Municipal Association, chairman of the Civil Construction Committee and director of the Chinese Vocational Education Society, was elected as the first chairman of the social affairs committee.
