On October 27th, the third phase (Zibo) of the Haihe Famous Principal (Secretary) Cultivation Class, a national level training project for the 2024 Vocational College Teacher Quality Improvement Plan in Tianjin, undertaken by Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University, was successfully completed at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base. More than 40 principals and secretaries from Tianjin Vocational School participated in this training together.

In the special lecture, Zhang Zhenzhong, the dean of the Rheingold Institute of Trainers, brought a lecture on “The Future Path of High skilled Talent Cultivation in Enterprises – Interpretation of the German Dual System Model and Innovation of Localization Model” with his profound academic background and rich practical experience. He fully demonstrated Rheingold’s practical achievements and innovative experience in the localization process, deeply analyzed the essence of the German “Dual System” model, and discussed with everyone how to successfully introduce and adapt the German “Dual System” education model to the actual needs of Chinese secondary vocational education, provide new ideas and methods for secondary vocational education, and jointly cultivate high skilled talents needed by future enterprises.

In the exchange and discussion session of “Typical Cases of School Enterprise Cooperation in Vocational School Industry Education Integration”, principals actively shared their views and experiences, deepened everyone’s understanding of the importance of school enterprise cooperation in vocational school industry education integration by showcasing diverse cooperation models, successful experiences, challenges and response strategies, aiming to draw valuable experience from each other’s successful cases and provide new ideas and impetus for further improving the quality and efficiency of school enterprise cooperation.

Through the learning and exchange of this training class, the principals not only gained an understanding of the development trends, policy guidance, and the importance of management innovation in vocational education, but also personally experienced advanced intelligent manufacturing technology and the integrated education model of industry and education.
