From January 8th to February 2nd, 2024, the winter vacation teacher training for the Rhinecost Sino German Class Project was held at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base. Nearly 80 professional teachers from 9 universities, including Shandong Vocational College of Science and Technology, Shandong Light Industry Vocational College, Yantai University of Technology, and Yantai Shipbuilding Industry School, participated in this training.

The teacher training for this Sino German class project is aimed at two majors: mechatronics and industrial mechanical engineering, covering courses such as “Electrical System Installation and Debugging A”, “Part Turning Processing”, “Servo Control System Practice”, and “Complex mechatronics project practice”.

The participating teachers fully affirmed the professionalism of the Rhinecost trainers, and they all mentioned that this training has further updated their educational philosophy, broadened their work management thinking, and improved their professional competence. They stated that they will take this training as an opportunity to integrate the knowledge and teaching methods they have learned into their daily teaching, so that students can truly learn and apply what they have learned.
