They focused on inspecting the training work at various technical<br \/>\ntraining centers of the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing<br \/>\nIndustry-Education Integration (Dual Cross) Training Center. They also gained<br \/>\ndetailed insights into Rhein Koester&#8217;s development and implementation of the<br \/>\nSino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Talent Training System, enhancement of<br \/>\ntalent cultivation, intelligent equipment research and development, industrial<br \/>\nservices, and the construction of public service platforms.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">\n\t<span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:16px\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/20240731085154_93187.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:16px\">During the meeting, General Manager Zhang Zhuxiu<br \/>\nexpressed his hope to expand the cooperation areas and achievements based on<br \/>\nthe existing collaboration. He emphasized continuing to focus on serving<br \/>\nShandong&#8217;s industrial talent needs, using industry talent cultivation and<br \/>\nplatform co-construction as engines. He highlighted the importance of<br \/>\nleveraging Rhein Koester&#8217;s deep expertise and technical accumulation in the<br \/>\nSino-German Intelligent Manufacturing field. Zhang Zhuxiu also called for joint<br \/>\nefforts in high-skilled talent cultivation, technological innovation services,<br \/>\nand the deepening of industry-talent integration development to create greater<br \/>\nsynergy.
