On January 26, 2025, Wang Xiaodong, Secretary of the Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Zibo High – tech Zone, Sun Yingtao, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Working Committee of the Education of Zibo Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Municipal Education Bureau, Wang Xianqiang, Member of the Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the High – tech Zone, and other leaders had in – depth discussions and exchanges with Eric Moszkwa, President of Leine & Linde Group, Professor Lothar Budde, Chairman of the Board of the Bavarian Institute for Digitalization and Education in Germany, Cui Zhi, Chairman of Leine & Linde, and Yan Yongjia, Director of the Public Relations Management Department at the Sino – German International Exchange Center in the High – tech Zone.

During the discussion, both sides mainly had in – depth discussions on Sino – German cooperative education, investment promotion in German – related industries, and talent recruitment and introduction. The leaders of the High – tech Zone and the Municipal Education Bureau highly commended the two German experts for their outstanding contributions to the innovative development of Zibo in the fields of education, talent cultivation, and industrial technology cooperation. They expressed their anticipation that in future cooperation, both sides could achieve new progress and breakthroughs in the industrial and talent cultivation aspects of Zibo. President Eric stated that Leine & Linde would give full play to its advantageous resources, actively participate in global market competition, and accelerate its progress towards the goal of becoming a global enterprise. 

On the 27th, accompanied by Wang Xianqiang, a member of the Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Zibo High – tech Zone, President Eric and Professor Budde visited the Cultural and Creative Industry Park of Zibo High – tech Zone. They also held investment promotion talks and exchanges with German – related parties at the Management Committee, and a ceremony for issuing letters of appointment as German investment promotion ambassadors for the High – tech Zone was held. On behalf of the Working Committee and Management Committee of the High – tech Zone, Wang Xianqiang presented the letters of appointment to President Eric and Professor Budde. 

The issuance of these letters of appointment will further promote the in – depth development of investment promotion work with Germany in the High – tech Zone. In the next step, Leine & Linde will give full play to the international cooperation advantages of the two German experts in the German business community, scientific and technological circles, education circles, and industry associations. It will promote the effective docking of Sino – German industrial resources, strengthen international exchanges and cooperation between the two sides, and implement the strategies of “going global” and “bringing in”, so as to achieve a virtuous interaction between Sino – German industries and talents.
