On November 16th, 2023 Innovation and Development Forum for
Sino-German Technology Transfer of Xi’an Beilin University Key & Core
Technology Innovation Block was successfully held in DoBe E-manor of
Xingguang,DCI (Digital,Culture and Innovation) Hub of Xi’an. The event was
guided by Xi’an Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, hosted by the
People’s Government of Beilin District, Xi’an, and jointly executed by Xi’an
Beilin Huan University Innovation Industrial Zone Management Committee, German Steinbeis
Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Transfer Center, Rhein Koester (Beijing)
Intelligent Science and Technology Company Limited, and DoBe E-manor of
Xingguang.

△A cooperation agreement was signed between Xi’an Beilin
University Innovation Zone Management Committee, Steinbeis Intelligent
Manufacturing Technology Transfer Center and Rhein Koester (Beijing)
Intelligent Technology Co

△Lin Yuan, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the
Xi’an Beilin University Innovation Industrial Zone Management Committee, and
Liu Donghai, Deputy General Manager of Rhein Koester, jointly unveiled the
Xi’an Steinbeis Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Transfer Center.

During the event, Zhang Zhenzhong, Chief Training Officer and Dean of the Training Institute at Rhinecost, focused on the talent cultivation path for green development of industry education integration.

During the event, Zhang Zhenzhong, Chief Training Officer of
Rhein Koester and Director of the Trainers’ Academy, focused on “Talent
Cultivation Paths for Greening Development through Industry-Education
Integration”.

Prof. Eric Moskwa, President of Rhein Koester Group and
Director of the German Steinbeis Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Transfer
Center, expressed that the Steinbeis Technology Transfer Center has become an
international, comprehensive and all-around technology transfer network, which
attracts experts and scholars in different fields to participate in it, and has
established a close cooperation relationship with many famous German
enterprises, research institutes and schools. He hopes that the two sides will
further deepen their cooperation in the future, provide more opportunities for
the exchange of science and technology and talents between the two countries,
and jointly boost the innovative development of Xi’an’s manufacturing industry.
