On 26 April 2023, a delegation of three African foreign guests, including the Tanzanian Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Technology, Omari Juma Kipanga, the Ethiopian Minister of State for Labour, Teshale Berecha Yadesa, and the Seychelles Principal Secretary for Education, John Thomas Lesperance, visited Zibo in Shandong. The delegation visited Rhein Koester in the morning of the same day.

The delegation expressed the hope to establish closer cooperation with Rhein Koester, build a platform for high-quality vocational education exchanges, work together to promote the construction of African disciplines, improve the talent training system, and jointly train more localized and high-quality talents to meet the development needs of Africa, promote poverty reduction in African countries, and help enhance local sustainable development capacity.
