On the afternoon of October 25, 2023, Shi Mingde, President of
China-Germany Friendship Association and former Ambassador to Germany, and Du
Chunguo, Consul General of China in Düsseldorf and his party visited Rhein
Koester for exchange opinions, accompanied by Lin Haibin, Deputy Director of
Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Zhou Jialun,
Director of European Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Provincial
Party Committee, and Wang Chong, Secretary of the Party Group of the Foreign
Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Zibo Municipality, and so on.

President Shi Mingde highly appreciated Rhein
Koester’s achievements in technological breakthroughs and innovations in the
fields of intelligent manufacturing, digitization, and industrial internet,
relying on the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education
Integration Demonstration Base model. He expressed that the Sino-German
Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Project comes at the
right time. At the same time, he hoped that Rhein Koester would further utilize
its own rich German educational resources and technological research and
development advantages to help more young graduates to realize high-quality
employment, and to contribute more power to the socio-economic development of
Shandong Province and even the whole country.
