On October 17th and 24th, 2023, Shandong University of Technology
organized a visit to Rhein Koester for nearly 200 representatives of teachers
and students in two batches.

Liu Dali, Director of Rhein Koester Vocational Education Industry
Research Institute, made a report entitled “China Intelligent
Manufacturing Talent Bank Helps Lifelong Development of Vocational
Ability”. Taking Rhein Koester’s China Intelligent Manufacturing Talent
Bank as an example, the report analyzed the practical solutions in the context
of the domestic demand for talents, the supply and demand of talents, and the
requirements of manpower ability in the context of digital transformation from
the angles of macro-environmental analysis and the trend of development of
talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
