On August 16, 2024, the Shandong Jincheng Pharmaceutical Group Automation Programming Skills Competition was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Integration Demonstration Base. A total of 20 contestants competed, demonstrating their exceptional technical skills and commitment to excellence.

Before the competition, Dean Meng Xianqiang emphasized the key objective of this event: to create an innovative platform that stimulates employee potential, drives cutting-edge exploration, and promotes the practical application of pharmaceutical technology, thereby contributing to the development of the Group and the industry as a whole. Chief Engineer Liu Chengping highlighted that strict discipline is the cornerstone of ensuring a fair and just competition. He urged all participating teams and individuals to adhere strictly to the competition rules, engage with professionalism and integrity in every round, and showcase the high standard of professionalism that Jincheng employees are known for.

This skills competition utilized a dual assessment model, combining a theoretical test with practical skills operations, and was conducted entirely using automation training equipment independently developed by Rhein Koester.
