From July 29 to August 16, 2024, the Rhein Koester Sino-German Class Summer Faculty Training successfully concluded at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Integration Demonstration Base. The three-week training program saw the participation of over 70 specialized teachers from eight vocational institutions across the country.

During the sessions on group learning outcomes, experience sharing, and discussion of challenges, the participating teachers not only deepened their understanding of professional knowledge related to Industry 4.0 but also significantly improved their teamwork, problem-solving, and self-reflection abilities.

At the closing ceremony, Hu Pengchang, Director of the Education and Training Center, noted that in this session of the Sino-German Class Summer Faculty Training, the participating teachers not only systematically mastered advanced teaching concepts and practical methods but also became adept at transforming theoretical knowledge into exceptional technical skills through practical application, achieving a significant enhancement from knowledge to capability.

The participating teachers expressed that through this systematic training, they not only comprehensively updated their professional knowledge but also gained a deeper understanding of the latest developments in fields such as intelligent manufacturing, mechatronics, and industrial robotics.
